MyCAMH Platform

MyCAMH is launching across several services and units at CAMH. If you’re not sure whether your service is included in this early stage of the project, please contact your care provider. Stay tuned for updates about when MyCAMH will launch across the hospital.

MyCAMH is a web-based platform that you can access on any device.

MyCAMH allows you to view your CAMH appointments, complete clinical questionnaires, see your clinical notes, attend virtual care appointments, read key material from the CAMH Education Hub, get involved in research at CAMH, and so much more!

No, that won’t be possible. MyCAMH is not connected with electronic patient platforms at other hospitals. You also will not be able to use MyCAMH for CAMH services or care units you are involved with that are not yet participating in the project. You will only be able to see information from a service or care unit that is part of MyCAMH.

Simply click the “Forget Password” link on the MyCAMH login page. You will have to answer a few questions to verify your identity. After that, you will get a chance to reset your password. If that doesn’t work, contact a member of the Health Records team for help.

Let a member of your care team know if you want to delete your account. You will need to complete a form and send it to the Health Records department. The department will process your request.

CAMH is committed to making sure that your personal health information remains safe and secure. We store the information in a secure server, and only the person with their own username and password can access their account. We send you information through an encrypted connection, which means that no one else but you can access it.

The PIN protects the privacy of your personal health information. It makes sure that the person we are setting up with a MyCAMH account is really you. To get a PIN, you will need to ask someone on your care team at CAMH to do this for you, or you can put in a request to the Health Records department. We will send the PIN to the email address that you gave to your care team or to Health Records. The PIN is valid for 72 hours. You will need to enter it when you register for your MyCAMH account.

Right now, support people are not able to access MyCAMH. But we plan to make this possible very soon, so stay tuned!

Yes. When you register for an account, you can choose what kind of communication you want to get through MyCAMH. You can update your preferences at any time.

You can choose English or French. If you need services in another language, you can get professional interpreters through CAMH. Talk to your care provider to learn more about finding an interpreter.
